How to Connect Worksection as Data Source

The integration will allow you to get tasks, projects and subtasks from Worksection. For example, you can transfer new tasks to CRM or Google Sheets, send them as notifications to yourself or to a group, so as not to miss any new task or comment. You can also send tasks to the SMS or Email mailing service. So you can automate the process of processing tasks and comments as efficiently as possible using the different services that you use.

Let's go through the entire Worksection setup steps together!

To start setup new connection, click "Create Connection".

Select a system as the Data Source. In this case, Worksection must be specified.

Next, you need to specify an action, for example "Get TASKS (new)".

- Get TASKS (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from your Worksection all new tasks that appear after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
- Get PROJECTS (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from your Worksection all new projects that appear after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
- Get SUBTASKS (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from your Worksection all new subtasks that appear after setup the connection and starting auto-update.

The next step is to select the Worksection account from which ApiX-Drive will get the data.

If there are no accounts connected to the system, click "Connect account".

Next, you need to enter the values, where:

- API domain - domain name of your Worksection;

- API key - a key to connect to the Worksection system. (You can get it in your Worksection account).

Attention! The domain name must not contain https://, / or other characters. You only need to copy the address itself, as in the example.

Now go to the settings of your Worksection account, as shown on the screenshot.

Next, go to the "Security" tab. Then click "Show API Key" and copy the displayed API key.

Paste the copied API key into the integration settings field in your Apix-Drive account and click "Save".

Select the connected Worksection account in the list if it is not selected automatically.

Select the Project for which you want to get tasks.

If necessary, you can set up a Data Filter, or click "Continue" to skip this step.

Now you can see the test data.

If the test data does not appear automatically - click "Load test data from Worksection" or try to generate actions in your Worksection.

If everything suits you, click "Next".
