How to Connect ClickUp as Data Source
The integration will allow you get new tasks, folders or lists from ClickUp, transferring this data to other systems. For example, you can send new tasks to CRM or GoogleSheets, and send them as notifications to yourself or a group of managers. You can also send tasks to the SMS or Email mailing service. This will allow you to maximize the automation interaction of ClickUp with other services and systems.

To start setup a new connection, click "Create Connection"
Select a system as the Data Source. In this case, ClickUp must be specified.
Next, you need to specify an action, for example, "Get TASKS (new)".
- Get TASKS (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from account ClickUp all new TASKS, which will appear after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
- Get FOLDERS (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from account ClickUp all new FOLDERS, which will appear after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
- Get LISTS (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from account ClickUp all new LISTS, which will appear after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
- Get TASKS (modified) - ApiX-Drive will get from account ClickUp all TASKS, in which there will some changes after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
- Get TASKS by stage (new) - ApiX-Drive will get from account ClickUp all new TASKS in the selected stage, which will appear in it after setup the connection and starting auto-update.
The next step is to select the ClickUp account from which will get the data.
If there are no accounts connected to the ApiX-Drive system, click "Connect account".
Enter the data for authorization in your personal ClickUp account.
Give your permission to ApiX-Drive to work with this account.
When the connected account is displayed in the "active accounts" list, select it.
Select the Workspace, Space, and List from which data will transferred.
If necessary, you can set up a Data Filter, or click "Continue" to skip this step.

Now you can see the test data for one of the tasks.
If you want to update the test data - click "Load test data from ClickUp".
If you want to change the settings - click "Edit" and you will go back one step..
If everything suits you, click "Next".
