How to Connect ManyChat as Data Source
The integration will allow you to get data from ManyChat, passing them to other systems. For example, you can transfer data in Google Sheets or send them as notifications to a group of managers. You can also post data to the SMS or Email Distribution service. So you can automate the process of processing data as efficiently as possible.

To start setup click "Create Connection".
Select a system as the Data Source. In this case, you need to specify ManyChat.
Next, you need to specify the action, "Get DATA".
The next step is to select the ManyChat account from which will get the data.
If there are no accounts connected to the system, click "Connect account".
Specify the name of your account (if necessary) and click "Continue".
The page will then reload with the saved account automatically selected.
If this does not happen, select the created account in the list.
Copy the link in the "URL for receiving data" field and go to your ManyChat account.
Select a project and the desired funnel.
Select the action after which will get of data to the ApiX-Drive system will be triggered. In this example, the bot asks for the user's e-mail and phone number. When the user enters the phone number, the data will get.
Click on the action after which the sender will be triggered (in this case, after filling out the phone), click Action and add an External Request.
In the window that opens, paste the copied link to destination data in the ApiX-Drive system.
Next, go to the Body tab and add what data will be transmitted. It is recommended to specify "Add Full Contact Data".
After the data example is displayed, save the changes.
In order to get test data in the ApiX-Drive system and a set of fields with which you can work further, you need to generate test data and reach the moment when the connection should work.
To do this, click on Preview, go to the messenger and answer the bot's questions.
If necessary, you can set up a Data Filter, or click "Continue" to skip this step.

Now you can see the test data.
If the test data does not appear automatically - click "Load test data from ManyChat" or try to generate test data in your ManyChat.
If everything suits you, click "Next".
Note! After set up, our system will not immediately have a Data Test and a list of fields, because nothing has come to the new URL yet.
It is necessary, to be sure to make an event, for example, write to the chat, as in the example above.
After that, in the test data in the Data Source, a field with data will be displayed.
If this does not happen, click "Load test data from ManyChat" or repeat the generation of test data, or wait for a while, the data does not come immediately, but within 1 minute.
