Plans and Payment ApiX-Drive
Paying for ApiX-Drive services has become even easier!
When you register, you have the opportunity to use the ApiX-Drive service for 14 days. You will be able to perform up to 5,000 actions during 14 days!
After the end of the trial period, you will be automatically transferred to the free Test Drive plan.
To change your current plan, go to the Billing - Subscription section and select the plan that suits you.
Select the number of months for which you want to pay and indicate when you want to activate the paid plan.
- Immediately after payment - the paid plan will be applied immediately.
- At the end of the current plan, the paid plan will be queued and will be applied upon confirmation of the validity period of the current plan.
After successful payment, wait for the system to automatically switch to the selected plan and use ApiX-Drive to the maximum!
It couldn't be simpler!
If your paid plan has expired, you can always switch back to the free Test Drive plan.
To do this, go to the Payments section and click "Connect" to the Test Drive plan.
Limitations in Plans:
A connection is an integration between two or more online systems. A connection consists of a Data Source and a Data Destination. There can only be one data source (for example, receiving a new order from a website or leads from Facebook), and there can be several receivers (for example, adding a new order to CRM, notification in Telegram or via SMS). A connection can be launched manually or set to auto-update at different time intervals.
Actions — the number of actions that occur with the transferred data. For example, if you have a connection set up - Get Orders from the Site (let's say 5 new orders arrived in a day) and transfer them to HubSpot and Telegram. In this situation, 15 actions will be written off from you.

- 5 Actions for Sending Orders to HubSpot
- 5 actions for sending orders in Telegram
The launch interval is the time interval in minutes at which our system checks the Source for new data and immediately transmits it to the Destination system.
For Embedded plans:
White Label — absence of our system logo when integrating the ApiX-Drive system into the customer’s service.
Parallel streams - when installing our service on a separate server, all client connections will not work in a queue, but will be divided into several streams to optimize the speed of data updates.
