How to Integrate JetFormBuilder and Notion: Step-by-Step Instruction

Connect your Notion account to ApiX-Drive.

Specify the login (email) of your Notion personal account. Click “Continue”.

Specify the password of your Notion personal account. Click “Continue with password”.

Provide access to your Notion databases. For this, click “Select pages”.

We recommend providing access to all databases at once in order to be able to work with them in the future. Make sure all the boxes are checked and click “Allow access”.

When the connected account appears in the list of active accounts, select it and click "Continue".

Select the database in which new items will be created.

Now, you see Notion fields for adding new database items. You can assign variables from JetFormBuilder to these fields. To do this, click in the field and select a variable from the drop-down list.

Please note that you can use not only variables but also enter values manually.

When all required fields are filled in, click "Edit and continue".

Here, you see an example of the data that will be sent to Notion with each new lead from JetFormBuilder. If you are not satisfied with something, click "Edit", and you will go back a step. To check the correctness of the settings, click "Send Test Data to Notion".

After successful sending, go to Notion and check the result.

Then, return to ApiX-Drive and continue setting up.

In order for data transfer to occur automatically, configure auto-update. Click “Enable update”.

Click on the gear button.
