PBN
PBN (Private Blog Network) is a network of satellite sites created specifically for SEO promotion of one or more resources by posting links to it/them.
An important feature of such a network is the fact that the sites included in it look like independent and unrelated. That is, a good PBN network remains hidden and invisible to search engines, which helps it effectively promote the "mother" site for a long time.
There are three main categories of donors for building a PBN network, each of which is actively used in modern SEO promotion. These include:
- Ready purchased sites. To create grids, you can purchase sites of similar topics with a history and normal SEO indicators on stock exchanges or forums, optimize their text content and put links to the promoted resource. Before buying, it is important to carefully check the SEO rating and information content of such a site, it is recommended to add no more than 2-3 donor sites to the grid per month.
- Restored sites (drops). Another popular source of PBN donors are free-to-sign-up drop sites with unrenewed domains that have a history, a certain amount of backlinks, and decent SEO metrics. You can find them in different ways: in directories of registrar sites, directly in search results, or by analyzing “broken” donor links.
- mini-sites. Finally, the third common type of network donors are mini-sites or mini-blogs created on free sites (LiveInternet, LiveJournal, Blogger, WordPress) or through paid website builders. After registration, such a site is filled with unique content with links to the "parent" resource and any major portals for the purpose of secrecy.
PBN networks are a rather lengthy, costly, but effective SEO promotion tool. Most of all, it is suitable for large and medium-sized sites in the field of e-commerce and services, but in principle it can be used even for a small store or blog.
