Integration Verbox

Verbox is an online consultant widget designed to automate communication with site visitors. The service can be installed, among other things, on mobile application platforms. Verbox provides a wide range of tools for organizing operator work, including the ability to set operator status, transfer a client between operators, edit messages, set working hours and enable offline mode, use aliases, etc. Incoming messages are distributed between operators depending on their load, so the visitor receives an answer as quickly as possible and without delays. The chat can receive messages from Telegram and other instant messengers and social networks, acting as a single communication channel; there is also an option to connect and email channels. Users have the ability to customize auto-actions, as well as add additional tabs to the chat with information about promotions, a callback order form, an offer to leave a review, etc. A well-thought-out system of reports on site visitors and operators' work will also be useful. The chat widget can be integrated with the company's CRM, in which case all left requests or visitor's contact information will be immediately redirected for processing to managers. The service can also be integrated with Yandex.Metrica, Google Analitics and other third-party services, including payment ones.
