Among the main innovations are the ability to recognize gestures during video calls and the Whiteboard tool for sharing data.

The platform  for video conferencing Zoom announced significant updates. Updates include the Whiteboard and gesture recognition option, as well as the Zoom IQ for Sales feature. In addition, the company announced a number of other innovations and improvements, including improved sound quality and security settings, as well as enhanced chat settings.

Thanks to the special Zoom IQ for Sales tool, users have at their disposal artificial intelligence technologies that will help in this case to increase sales. During a video call, the user will be able to instantly receive information with a complete analysis of the call in terms of sales and conversion parameters. This will enable sales managers to negotiate more effectively and close deals faster.

Gesture recognition and display on the screen during a call without the need to specify the reaction manually includes only two gestures yet, a thumbs up in approval and a hand up. And the Whiteboard tool, which is already present in Zoom Rooms, Zoom Meetings and the desktop version, will allow you to add notes and images to a shared whiteboard, and then save the creation.
