Zoom Buys Startup to Improve Customer Experience
With the acquisition of Solvvy, an artificial intelligence technology company, the service plans to improve the efficiency of customer support.
Video conferencing service Zoom announced the acquisition of the Solvvy platform, whose specialization lies in the development of artificial intelligence technologies, namely the creation of communication services. Zoom will be able to integrate a number of customer support tools into its suite of services, as well as a more efficient system for deploying and maintaining contact centers.
Conversational services tools based on artificial intelligence and machine learning will significantly expand the capabilities of the previously introduced Zoom Contact Center service. In particular, the ability of users around the world to self-service will be significantly increased, which will lead to increased efficiency in working with customers and will allow to provide their support at a higher and more personalized level.
Zoom customers will be able to see the updated communication tools in the Zoom Contact Center in the near future, and their integration will begin after the official closing of the deal.
