TikTok Introduces New Account Management Integrations

The platform has opened the possibility of managing accounts using third-party services, integrations with Sprout Social, Sprinklr and other systems are already available.

The TikTok service significantly expands the account management options for companies and brands - now they will be able to implement this process through third-party services. Early integrations have already included social media management systems such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Emplifi, Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, Later, and Khoros. This list will continue to expand to include other popular solutions.

Managers will be able to manage content on the platform, schedule posts, and set up their posts through third-party services. Companies also get the opportunity to timely track comments under published videos, and in addition, receive analytical data about their accounts and compare them with performance indicators from other platforms. Integrations will simplify the workflow and include additional features for managing TikTok accounts in the already established procedures.

The new integrations will be part of the Marketing Partner Program that TikTok introduced back in 2020. Managing pages across different social networks is greatly simplified in this way, which can attract more business users to the platform and expand TikTok's reach in the e-commerce sphere.
