New Functionality in ApiX-Drive: If/Else Logic

Our customers now have the ability to create flexible integrations by adding different conditions for optimal control over automated workflows. If/Else logic allows you to customize integration implementation scenarios based on the specific conditions under which certain actions must be performed on different systems.

Using the If/Else functionality, you can create the most efficient multi-variant integrations. For example, if a customer has provided an incorrect email or phone number, and it is not possible to send an email or SMS, you can retrieve information about that customer in Slack for manual processing. This way, no leads will be lost.

You can also use filters to analyze input data and, depending on the values, route it to different systems or sections. For example, if the sales amount is less than 1000, add the contact to mailing list 1; if more than 1000 – add to mailing list 2.
