Women For The Future

What awaits the participants of Women For The Future:

• a course on self-presentation and conducting successful negotiations with employers for women who want to be successfully employed in the private sector, which will consist of a series of video trainings and question-and-answer sessions;

• individual mentoring support during the course, so that by the results you have a professional resume, video business card, filled LinkedIn page, etc.;

• fair of female candidates, where each can introduce herself to invited employers, get to know companies directly and multiply the chances of getting her dream job here and now.

Which women are invited to register:

• are currently looking for a job and are open to interviews, accepting job offers from employers;

• have difficulties with presenting themselves when looking for a job (do not know how to describe their experience and skills in a resume, at interviews, in social networks), need to improve these skills and are ready to work on it;

• would like to work in the private sector;

• ready to invest resources (especially temporary) in participating in the project (there will be many practical tasks and training).
