Women For The Future Initiative Best Practices for Women's Economic Empowermen
Last May, the Women For The Future project was launched by Happy Monday and UN Women with the support of the Government of Sweden and in cooperation with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, which we support as an information partner to help Ukrainian women who have lost their jobs and/ or income from full-scale war, find new opportunities for employment and professional development.
A year has passed and the initiative team is ready to reflect and share the results during the "Women For The Future Initiative Best Practices for Women's Economic Empowerment" event :
▪️ how many Ukrainian women were supported (spoiler: tens of thousands, but the exact number will be announced at the event);
▪️ how many companies and organizations joined the project, in what formats and why they needed it;
▪️ which of the implemented partnerships and practices for women and girls were the most successful and why (internal figures-results will reveal);
▪️ what educational, professional, educational initiatives do Ukrainian women need now.
At the online meeting, in addition to the project team, representatives of partner companies, mentors, and the participants themselves, who received support within the framework of Women For The Future, will speak.
There will be a lot of useful content, conclusions, results, so everyone is invited who:
- is interested in launching social initiatives for women or is already implementing them, and wants to learn more about best practices in the field of employment and professional development;
- wants to hear what initiatives business can implement to increase the economic capacity of girls and fight gender inequality in the labor market;
- prefers to find out whether there is really a benefit from participating in such initiatives, and how they can affect career and professional development.
