Callback is an option for ordering a call back from a company to its client, implemented using a separate widget for the site.

As a rule, a callback widget is a web form that is placed on the homepage and/or other pages of the site. In the fields of this form, the visitor is required to enter their phone number and sometimes personal details.

The callback service can be activated through a special service or through a CRM system, if it is available in its functionality. After a site visitor has entered his phone number and ordered a call back, his request is instantly sent to the company's employees. They can process it both automatically and manually, depending on the module settings.
