Since 2017, it has been owned by the Australian corporation Atlassian. The app is available in 21 languages and has over 35 million users worldwide. The service has applications for iOS and Android. The main tool for organizing projects in Trello is using boards. A Trello board is a central point for keeping track of information on a specific project. The creator of the board can provide access to it to other project participants. The board contains lists on which cards with tasks or individual elements of the project are located. The cards, in turn, simply drag and drop between the lists, displaying the current state of affairs of the project. The organization of the project is thus based on the Japanese Kanban system.
