Aloware is an online contact center, which is a universal call and SMS management platform with detailed reporting and analytics functionality. One of the key modules in Aloware is a built-in online telephony system integrated with CRM. It includes features such as an answering machine, call forwarding, contact database and IVR (interactive voice menu). Aloware allows you to automatically collect contacts from website pages and add them to the Power Dialer module. Other features of the system include voice mail automation, SMS/MMS campaigns, combinations of calls and text messages, as well as a CTI extension for the Chrome browser. There is potential to automate routine work processes. Aloware provides full online synchronization of your accounts with popular CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, PipeDrive and many others. Among the functions available here are click-to-call, scripts for calls and SMS mailings, as well as processing not only outgoing, but also incoming SMS messages, which allows you to conduct full-fledged correspondence with users. In addition, Aloware provides functionality for sales automation, helping not only to capture leads, but also to direct them through the sales funnel, “warm up” and send them automatic calls/messages.
