Its interface allows you to create reminders for upcoming appointments, orders, reservations and other important events, as well as ask for confirmation. The service automatically sends them to customers in the form of e-mails and SMS-messages to the phone, which helps to reduce the percentage of no-shows and increase the profit received. GoReminders contains a number of useful tools, including automatic calendar synchronization, the ability to manually enter reminder text in different languages, schedule SMS reminders, manage recurring appointments, and more. The service allows you to create appointments and reservations from different devices, both desktop PCs and smartphones or tablets with iOS / Android. You can add new appointments and events to the calendar by filling out a simple form, it is also possible to set them to repeat at a certain time interval. GoReminders also allows you to send customers automatic reminders at a specific time before the scheduled event. In addition, GoReminders allows you to choose a channel for sending notifications (SMS, email, or both), and also provides them with several options for responding to an incoming request: they can confirm or reassign an appointment.
