Calldrip is an online service for call tracking and automatic communication with leads. Another key function of the service is Calldrip Respond - this module notifies entrepreneurs about the appearance of new leads and automatically connects the sales manager to the dialogue with the lead. It also contains the function of instant feedback or calls to the active lead, connecting the entrepreneur with all leads from any possible source (website, phone, etc.). Additional system options include synchronization with third-party CRM platforms, quick setup of online telephony, lead routing in accordance with their type, source or other parameters. Also, entrepreneurs can flexibly set up a schedule for outgoing calls for each of their managers, and there is also an option to record an unlimited number of calls and detailed analytics for each of them (call duration, time until a manager answers, etc.).
