Integration DocSpace by API

DocSpace is a cloud-based electronic document management system (EDMS/ECM) developed on the basis of the Microsoft SharePoint platform. It can be used both on a SaaS model (in the cloud) and through an application for mobile devices (smartphones, tablets). DocSpace allows you to process incoming and outgoing electronic documents of various types, including contracts, organizational and administrative documents, memos and other internal documentation. Another important function of DocSpace is the provision of multi-level reporting on document flow. Among its functions are a log of incoming, outgoing and internal documents, a monitoring option with indicators, reports on contracts and other types of documentation. Generated reports can be saved in different formats, including DOC, PDF, DOCX, XLS, XLSX. In addition, DocSpace offers ample opportunities for automating the archive of an enterprise with automatic sending of documents, their classification and streaming input, the formation of statements and registers, a search module and other functions. The system allows you to set strict rules for the archival storage of documents with a ban on making any changes to them. Also, DocSpace is able to automate payment requests: create them according to a template, approve them, keep dynamic logs of requests, take into account their status, send notifications on requests and maintain an archive of such documentation. The platform has a modular architecture, which allows you to freely supplement it with new functions using separate extensions.
