Calendly is a free online meeting scheduling service that provides a wide range of tools for preparing and running meetings. With it, users can schedule events in a variety of formats, including one-on-one meetings, multi-party round-robin meetings, team meetings, and larger group meetings (trainings, webinars, etc.) An important tool of Calendly is notifications, thus you can send confirmations and reminders in the form of emails and short text messages. The buffer function is also presented in the system interface, it helps to add extra time before or after events. In the service settings, you can set daily limits on the number of meetings. In addition, Calendly allows you to minimize the number of reminders for upcoming meetings in order to better prepare for the most important ones.
