Relog API

Relog is a web service and application for automating business processes in the transport and logistics business. It helps to reduce costs and effectively manage logistics. Relog is chosen by distributors, E-commerce, manufacturers, courier services.

The platform consists of three parts: for the dispatcher, for the courier (driver), for the partner (client).

The dispatcher can manage even the most complex logistics, monitor the movement of drivers online and track changes in the delivery status at all stages, from “Shipped” to “Delivered”. Relog will build the optimal route and load the fleet, recommend the nearest driver to the addressee from the available ones that are optimally suitable for the parameters of the car. The result of the work can be analyzed in various areas, including driver KPIs.

The driver receives route sheets from the application, sees the change in the order status and preliminary salary calculation, and bonuses. They can call directly from the app and see their rating in the driver list.

Customers can evaluate the performance of drivers and the company as a whole, leave feedback, track their orders, and receive notifications via SMS and email.

The system can be easily and quickly integrated with CRM, 1C, ERP, other services that your company uses, as well as drivers' gadgets. Integration allows you to automate business processes, increase profits and improve the quality of customer service.
