TXTImpact is an SMS marketing platform that provides bulk SMS functionality and a number of other tools. Its main service is the creation, management and tracking of mailing results through the web interface and mobile application. It also has a Text to Email option that allows you to receive incoming SMS/MMS as emails and send them directly through your email client. Among other features of TXTImpact, one can note the option of sending SMS mailings through the Microsoft Outlook program and the Google Chrome Internet browser. Separately, the platform interface provides an option to send reminders. The service also offers functionality for personalizing mailings, automatically sending messages on a schedule, sending recurring messages (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Another important feature of TXTImpact is the built-in SMS marketing platform. It includes options such as an autoresponder (with the ability to send images and links, add numbers to the contact database), a data collector (names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.). You can also export data to Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, spreadsheets, or a CSV file. Finally, an equally important area of TXTImpact services is SMS surveys, research and questioning. Users of the service can use its tools both directly (via the web interface and mobile application) and via the SMS API. It supports two-way texting, Unicode, extended message length, real-time reporting, SMPP and global coverage (more than 800 mobile operators in more than 200 countries).
