The service can be integrated with 1C and Excel, as well as with online cash registers to simplify the acceptance of payments from patients and telephony systems. Users get access to ready-made document templates both for concluding contracts and for maintaining accounting and tax workflow. iStom has a mailing system, patients receive appointment reminders or a message about a new service by e-mail or SMS, and administrators about the need to perform this or that action, for example, contact a patient who has not been to an appointment for a long time. The program allows you to hold promotions and set up bonus programs to attract patients. Also, users can manage the warehouse and price lists, and in addition, the program provides the ability to generate a system of detailed reports on various indicators of the clinic's activities.
