Integration Entera by API

The Entera service is designed to recognize and enter data from primary documents into the 1C system. Users are offered several tariff plans, the cost of which is determined by the number of processed documents. Accounting employees can use original invoices, invoices, acts of acceptance of work performed and other documents, as well as their scans or photos, add documents from spreadsheets and electronic document management systems for recognition. All text and digital data are recognized with a sufficiently high accuracy and are automatically entered into the 1C system. With a large volume of document flow in the company, as well as with an expanded range of goods, automation of input of primary data will significantly save the labor costs of the accounting department. For the convenience of accountants, the service is fully compatible with 1C, so the data does not need to be entered manually, as it happened before, or redistributed according to the required forms. Entera is also compatible with the online service from 1C - 1C Fresh and the My Business service. In addition, it is possible to integrate the system with third-party solutions and accounting services through the use of API. Among the tools of the service is the possibility of streaming downloading of documentation, a data autocorrect tool, automatic verification of mathematical operations, comparison of values with reference ones, automatic creation of counterparties and nomenclatures, and much more.
