Integration Delans by API

Delans is a cloud service for automating courier delivery services. It helps courier services process orders, distribute them to available couriers, set up work areas for each employee, and monitor their location online. In the Delans interface, you can set and change the status of orders, manage their parameters (specify the cost of delivery and additional services), as well as export and import orders from Excel. An important part of the service is the presence of a built-in CRM, in which you can compile and maintain a database of counterparties. Its main element is customer cards, through which it is possible to track all stages of cooperation: from an application to a completed order. In addition, the Delans CRM interface allows you to quickly generate invoices for payment, send e-mails, save documents and record calls. The set of functions of the Delans platform includes accounting and statistics tools. For example, users can take advantage of a wide range of management accounting and settlement options. Using the service, you can track the parameters of end-to-end analytics, take into account cash on delivery and returns. There are also a number of warehouse accounting tools, including those for partner warehouses. Delans easily integrates with other CRMs using APIs. The platform has its own mobile application for couriers, with which they can easily receive and fulfill orders in specified areas and automatically send data about their location.
