Integration Worksection

Worksection is a Ukrainian project management system, which, according to its creators, is already used by more than 1000 companies. The service allows you to implement the organization of several projects at once, which, in turn, are divided into smaller tasks and separate tasks, indicating the employees responsible for their implementation and deadlines. The minimum number of active projects in the most budgetary version of Worksection is ten, and the maximum, in more expensive versions, is not limited. The same is true for the number of users. The system interface provides individual customization options, so that each employee will see the version that is convenient for him and track only those parts of the project in which he participates. A visually friendly experience using scheduling and Gantt charts makes the interface intuitive. It is convenient for the organizer of the project and the fact that the construction of plans allows maximum flexibility, you can set up plans for one day or for a part of the project, in the same way the results of work are tracked, this concerns both the accounting of the time spent or material resources, and the amount of work performed. Employees can exchange comments using a customizable communications system. Also a convenient tool is the ability to receive event notifications. You can invite partners and clients interested in tracking the result to the project. They get access to only part of the information, while they can add their own project participants and comment on the work done.
