SalesBox is a service for entrepreneurs that helps to streamline the process of selling goods and services. The service was developed in 2019 and is intended for Ukrainian business. SalesBox offers a set of tools to automate small and medium businesses, helping to bring it online. Its functionality includes an application for the administrator and customers / users with the ability to receive orders 24/7. It also includes a mini CRM that helps you manage orders from your smartphone and work with your customer base. The application automatically adds new customers to the database when they place their first order. In addition, in SalesBox you can flexibly manage the catalog by creating product cards with photos and descriptions, and then arranging them by category. Another feature of the application is built-in push notifications about promotions and discounts, as well as the ability to communicate with customers via online chat. Other SalesBox tools include an online payment module with multi-currency support, as well as an offline order processing system. Entrepreneurs can organize marketing activities by giving buyers bonuses for signing up and placing orders. Another service allows you to add administrators and managers and give them the authority to process orders. The full functionality of the platform is available as a mobile application for iOS and Android.
