Proficonf is a video conferencing platform. To use the service, the user must register. After that, a link to the virtual room can be sent to other participants who no longer need to register, they can access it via the link. Paid versions allow video conferences with up to 250 participants. The platform provides high-resolution video, and adaptive video communication is also guaranteed. The creator of the conference can manage participants, including the distribution of roles, setting the switching on and off of microphones and cameras, dividing into groups, etc. The platform's tools include the ability to share the screen or part of it, the function of demonstrating presentations, as well as video, audio content or any other media files. The user can also show other participants a virtual whiteboard equipped with a set of drawing tools. If the user needs to record a conference, he is given the option to record a video for up to 3 hours, the number of recordings themselves is not limited. For scheduled meetings, the recording function can be turned on automatically.
