Microsoft Viva is an online platform for remote workers that enables them to collaborate effectively and engage in teamwork. Viva not only simplifies the collaboration of specialists, but also contains tools for collective learning and knowledge sharing between employees. The second module of the platform is Viva Insights with functionality for competent planning of working time and other organizational nuances (including office space planning, etc.). It contains a number of recommendations for both managers and executives that will help them properly organize remote teamwork. The third module of the system is Viva Learning, which consists of an extensive set of educational resources: both internal Microsoft materials and content from third-party providers (Coursera, Skillsoft, etc.). Finally, the fourth module is Viva Topics, which allows you to quickly and conveniently search for the necessary information based on AI algorithms.
