Join.me is a platform for organizing and conducting online conferences, webinars, and other types of remote communication for personal, educational, professional and business purposes. The built-in VoIP-telephony module allows you to make free calls both within the service and from mobile and fixed-line numbers in more than 40 countries around the world. The Join.me service can be used for private or group communication in “rooms”, there is a screen-sharing option for a vast number of connected participants (up to a maximum of 2000). In addition to screen sharing, the platform allows you to share other features, such as mouse control, and there is also a text chat module. Among other things, Join.me users can independently choose and set the background for their private and group chats - for example, you can decorate them with any image, photo or logo. The platform has built-in meeting scheduling and reminder tools, as well as invitations to participants, allowing you to create forms for registration and collecting personal data, send out invitations by e-mail, etc. Among the additional functions of Join.me, it is worth noting the ability to record audio and video, distribute files, pause and block meetings, manage rooms and their participants. The platform has plugins for integration with Google Calendar and Outlook services, as well as Salesforce. The functionality of the service is available both from a computer and from mobile devices, and the built-in cloud storage provides up to 100 GB of data storage space.
