Integration HMA ECVI by API

HMA ECVI is a cloud-based management system for hotel business objects, including hotels, hostels, apartments and guest houses. The platform includes more than 10 modules, each of which helps to control different types of hotel activities. For example, the "Requests" and "Booking" modules contain information about current, past and future room reservations, as well as their guests. The "Finance" module allows you to keep financial records of the object's income and expenses, the "Maid" module will help you control the process of cleaning the room stock. In addition, there are other modules in the HMA ECVI interface: “Clients”, “Accounts”, “Reports”, “Journal”, etc. Separately, the “Service” module is presented, dedicated to the repair and maintenance of the hotel infrastructure. The HMA ECVI system is suitable for automation of both individual objects and chains of hotels, apartments or hostels. It includes a number of interfaces for integration, for example, with a hotel website, it allows you to implement an ECVI booking module there or create an individual booking form via API. In addition, the system has an integration module with sales channels: directly with Booking and Expedia, and with a number of others through the Channel Manager. The HMA ECVI functionality also includes integration modules with fiscal registrars (SHTRIKH-M, FPrint), the Kontur.FMS migration accounting system, as well as automation systems for the restaurant business, rental and SPA services. The user can choose one of three tariff plans (Light, Optimum, Premium), which differ in price and set of modules.
