Disciplina is a platform for time tracking, productivity and other key personnel performance indicators. Its main function is time tracking, the system carefully records and takes into account how many hours and minutes the employee spent with certain active programs and sites. To start, you need to install the agent program on the employee's computer. Another important option of Disciplina is the working day analysis module, which monitors not only work at the computer, but also other types of activities: calls, meetings, breaks, etc. The system captures all the information for each lesson (duration, time, day of the week) and provides it in a tabular format. Disciplina is also equipped with a workflow control feature called “Total Concentration” that is capable of blocking third-party websites and programs on employees' computers. An equally important part of the platform is the analytics module, which provides results on various productivity indicators: work time, overtime, breaks, lateness, division of the programs used into productive and unproductive. According to the developers, the Disciplina program guarantees complete confidentiality and data security: it does not save passwords or other entered information, does not take screenshots, and does not have access to a microphone, camera, or input devices. The service offers automatic distribution of reports on staff productivity and its evaluation based on a rating system.
